Right now, I use Wanderlust (package wl) with xemacs, because mutt doesn't work too well with my current IMAP server. It's quite versatile. Took me a while to get it set up properly. Besides IMAP, it also supports POP, NNTP, MH folders and a whole bunch of other formats. It also does threading. j
