Each of those files should have quite a few comments. In addition you can look at the man pages for "postmaster", "psql", "createdb", "createuser", etc... There're also the PostgreSQL User, Administrator, etc.. Guides in /usr/doc/postgresql-doc. -- Eric G. Miller <egm2@jps.net>
