You will have to read the procmail docs for this.  I use Maildrop
instead.  I expect that you create the maildir directories and put a
slash on the end of the path in procmail's config file.  There is a
program, maildirmake, that will create the maildir folders, or you can
create them by hand.  It may be in courier-maildrop package.
