No HOLD IT here. (1) Professor Kroger may very well not have been the one to subscribe himself. (2) Professor Kroger may not have been the one to send the message that started this whole thread. Act accordingly. The best answer is to silently drop him from the list. If you really want to play dangerous games with his career, at least get a hold of him and confirm that he's been involved here.
