Hi, probably you did a single user install. Even when your system is single user, I prefer installing it multiuser. To fix the problem, do this: -run as root the setup again and deinstall -as root, start the program again, but now with the net option: ./setup /net
After install, login as a normal user and run /usr/local/soffice52/soffice (or something like that) and because this is your first time as a user, you will be asked for your personal data. After this, you should be able to use office as a normal user.
