Depending on how exim is set up, you may be able to view the message header and body (as separate files) in /var/spool/exim/input. If ther are a large number of directories (0-9, a-b, A-Z) then the message and header will be in the directory with the same letter as the last letter in the first block of characters in the message id (13kqJX in this case). ^
Normally exim -Mrm will delete messages still in the queue. But there are times when it won't. In that case I go to the /var/spool/input directory and delete the header and the message. Not sure if there is another way but I looked and couldn't find it.
