The poor-man's duplex printer is mpage's -j option: mpage -j 2%2 foo # evens mpage -j 1%2 foo # odds ...you run the paper through the printer twice, but it tends to work...if the printer doesn't jam. Can save you some $$ in a duplexing printer. My own preference would be to find an older, reconditioned HP-LJ4/5 at a used equipment store. -- Karsten M.
