X 4 is now configured not to listen on TCP by default. You should manually remove `-nolisten tcp' from the file `/etc/X11/xinit/xserverrc' or preferably use sshX11Forward (see `/etc/X11/ssh_config'). > after doing a netstat -a on my machine I noticed that X didn't listen > on tcp port 6000 (like it is supposed to do?).
