Hello, I updated to kde2 - and asside from the bugs it is okay. I didn't notice right away, but I no longer can vnc into my box. I start the server as usual but when I vnc in, I only have a grey screen and a mouse pointer. No desktop at all.
I also attempted to try vncserver on a red hat box (70 with kde1). and basically ended up with the same thing, except the mouse pointer was a large "x"... is there some way I can convince vnc to work again at least on my potato/2.2.17 machine with kde2.. tia, regards -- Jaye Inabnit, ARS ke6sls e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] 707-442-6579 h/m 707-441-7096 p http://www.qsl.net/ke6sls ICQ# 12741145 This mail composed with kmail on kde on X on linux warped by debian If it's stupid, but works, it ain't stupid.
