Use the source, Luke.

You should be able to track down the error message under /usr/src/linux.

I find "stuck on" in the following source files:

    ./arch/alpha/kernel/smp.c
    ./arch/i386/kernel/io_apic.c
    ./drivers/isdn/isdn_ppp.c
    ./drivers/usb/serial/digi_acceleport.c
    ./mm/memory.c

Google finds several results for "TLB IPI linux".  Several people
reporting the problem, no resolutions that I note.

Any recent kernel upgrades.
