I have an IDE CDROM and a SCSI CDwriter. In order for Xcdroast to use IDECD, I disabled IDECD support in the kernel and instead used: CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDESCSI=y CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDECD is not set > Xdm: > What happened to the color console?, when I start the system the log in > window comes gray.
