How do I mount another partition as home or /usr/local? I have tried the following:
put in fstab /dev/hda8 /home/js ext2 defaults,rw,user 0 1 and it left me with a ~ directory where I can not run any binary - even if I create it as js. I hope somebody can help me on this one. I also want to put /usr/local and /usr/share on different partitions, but have the same problem there. Johann
