Everytime I try to modprobe my linksys network cards or use modconf to intsall the module into the kernel, it fails. I am using the tulip driver that comes with the 2.2.17 kernel. I installed the kernel binary. I have tried with 3c509b cards also using the 3c509.o module to no avail either. WHat am I not doing right? Could it be an IRQ problem - how do I solve it?
