Hi everybody, I've well installed --well, more or less : I just set the X server, some config files correctly-- Debian 2.2 on my Compaq Presario 1200 laptop, but I still have a problem:
Is there somwhere someone that has successfully installed the so famous Lucent Winmodem correctly on the same compaq presario? Because I've heard on linuxmodem.org some people claim they've installed their lt-winmodem correctly. Thanks in advance. PS: for people that plan to buy a laptop, try to buy one with a screen that can do more than 800x600...
