Your /etc/apt/sources.list file expects the files to be on your local box; this is probably not the case (unless you've previously downloaded them and stored them on your local hard drive). You might want to post your /etc/apt/sources.list, or just edit it and comment out the line referring to localhost, and see what that does for you.
