KDE debs

Does any one know if the collection of kde debs is complete? Last time I
tried to download it it gave me a bunch of broken-missing links and
files. So I just stopped trying. May be the reason is that the packager
(Ivan, I believe) has decided to wait for the QT GPL-ing, to get all
done in one shoot? I even don't know if this last comment makes any
sense, I suspect it doesn't.
