Rsync and another ssh port

        Hi all,
        I maintain a web server and want to use rsync to syncronize web pages.
        I have some questions:
        1) Do I have to have a rsync server at my web server machine or just
have to use rsync command line in the client?
        2) I change the default ssh port (instead of 22 I put *****). Is there
a way to tell rsync that ssh port changed?
