Hi all,
Nothing broken, just a curious question about updating my
system today.
Before updating, I downloaded and installed kernel 2.2.17
as when I last installed kernel 2.2.16 I didn't include module
for ppp. Everything went smoothly and ppp was working. I then
went on to update my potato which went like clock work.
Now my question is: during the update I noticed apt-get
was downloading kernel source 2.2.15 which was also installed
but even though it was installed when I rebooted I checked the
kernel log and it booted with 2.2.17. Why the 2.2.15 kernel
source?
Add my thanks to all debian programers. Things are going
great. Dean
