I mannaged to get the base system installed from floppies but now when I try to
install the packages from the CDROM I get this message:

hdc : tray open or drive not ready
hdc : tray open or drive not ready
hdc : tray open or drive not ready
hdc : tray open or drive not ready
hdc : tray open
end_request: I/O error, dev 16:00, sector 64
isofs_read_super: bread failed, dev 16:00 iso_blknum 16 block 32
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/cdrom,
or too many mounted file systems
hdc : tray open or drive not ready
hdc : tray open or drive not ready
Unable to mount /dev/cdrom on /var/lib/dpkg/methods/mnt, type iso9660.

This is all Greek to me, but it seems to recognize the CDROM at startup and the
busy light did flicker when I tried to install the packages.
