Hi all, does anybody know how rsync works? I keep pointing it to different mirrors with: rsync --verbose --progress --stats ... and it always starts over at (0%). Is this how much it has left to do, or how much of the file its compleated in total? It will also spike and rip through a few % at some times. I assume that this is when it tries to sync a packet that has already been downloaded, but I'd love to know for sure.
