Software patents cover a wider area. They are deffinatly applicable
here in the uk, and it looks like frauhoffer (spl?) think they are
applicable in sweden as well (They are threatening the bladeenc
author/maintainer)
so _if_ that happens it looks like the whole of the europe is out
etc.etc.
