Hello I’m trying to setup a Debian system that would act as an SMNP Server(?), the unit that will be receiving traps from various Windows NT machines. What is out there that would enable me to do this?
I assume the Debian system would run the SNMP application, such as NET SNMP Apps, and receive the traps sent out by the NT machines. Is there free software that would allow me to create MIBs for the NT units?
Any suggestions would be really appreciated.
