This _will_ be hard. There is a page 'www.debian.org/logos' but it's very poorly maintained (BTW could I voulenteer to maintain just that page? I mean, I have not much time, but such a fairly static page wouldn't be a problem... If we all just took one page that'd keep the site up to date...
