I had problems mounting NTFS unless I said read-only. >From fstab: /dev/hda3 /ms/h ntfs defaults,ro,uid=1000,gid=1001 0 2 You need to be on potato for this to work, but I think you confirmed that you were (Deb 2.2, *not* the one in your signature).
