In man XF86Config:
Emulate3Buttons
enables the emulation of the third
mouse button for mice which only have two physical buttons. The
third
button is emulated by pressing both buttons simultaneously.
Try putting this in the pointer section of XF86Config. Look
at the man page for more info.
