If an e-mail is written in a multi-byte character format, say like Chinese, there is no garuntee that it will get to the other side properly, is there? If I recall correctly, mail is like packets. They are moved from server to server. If one server strips the 8th bit, then that's it. Gribberish. Is there anyway to get around this?
