I am having trouble getting two different ethernet cards to work in my box. I have a ne2000 compat ISA card that works great with no problems, but both a D-Link DFE-5300TX (via-rhine driver) and Link-sys n100 (tulip driver) do not work on my system. after after loading up my drivers as modules if I modprobe ethx for either card I get: /lib/modules/2.2.12/net/tulip.o: init_module: Device of resource busy /lib/modules/2.2.12/net/tulip.o: insmod /lib/modules/2.2.12/net/tulip.o failed /lib/modules/2.2.12/net/tulip.o: insmod eth1 failed
the via-rhine driver is the same. I have tried giving the ethernet cards addressed in the module config file, but that didn't work either. Any help is appreciated. Jason Laster
