Bug closed out of hand because:

* Sumbitter cannot be contected.
* Bug was submitted from a non-existant hostname.
* Package does not refer to the text in the bug; thus it is a bug somewhere
  else.

If by a miracle the bug submitter reads debian-user, fix your mailer.

What happens if you run "kbdconfig" by hand?

Please run "DEBCONF_DEBUG=1 /usr/share/base-config/stage5" and send me the
output.
