PDF is relatively inexpensive. However, the paper copy was something like $600 when the standard was just released. It's quite decent PDF imho Weth the pdf, it is not hard to see the words on the page, but the language lawyerly language is not easy for someone not already __immersed__ in C++ to understand. It most certainly is NOT the place to learn C++ nor the libraries. The Standard is very hard to use in that sense. --David
