I use Ishmail and it always showed a flag on each folder which had receved new mail. For some time now this has only happened for the system mail folder and outgoing. If I use exmh, or any other mail app which shows folder status I still get no feedback. It is like something has been switched off. Surely it is just looking for a change in a particular file?
