No it cannot. I looked around a bit further, and found Ted: http://www.nllgg.nl/Ted/ It is a GPL-ed wysiwyg rtf editor. It allowed me to read the rtf document I wanted to read, and to find out that it does not contain the info I hoped would be there :(. Eric -- E.L.
