I don't have a good network connection at home and I woudl like to install October GNome on my machine at home. What all do I need to download from the site www.debian.org/~vincent ?

I imagine I have to mimic the directory structure there and then just add a line in the sources.list file that points to where I have this stuff saved? Okay so I did this and I have every file in the
/dists/slink-update/main/binary-i386 directory. When I run apt-get it has a problem with the packages.gz file? Am I missing something?

TIA
