There's your mistake. Got it ?
When you run /sbin/lilo from Debian it takes the kernel image from
 -can you guess where - ?

You need to mount the redhat partition somewhere (eg. /mnt) and
correct the line above to reflect the redhat kernel. 
Then run /sbin/lilo
