Quick answer: No. Longer answer: Many people have asked Apple to release binaires of their new Sorenson Codecs (The codecs used in QT3/4). Apple has steadfastly refused. So bug Apple some more.
And I asnwered it without a long Apple rant.. I must be getting better.
