I would like to set it up so I can send an email or some other message from a machine over the net or locally to another user to tell them to log in a check for messages. I know if they are on I can get their attention but a lot of times I would like to have my wife log in when I send her a message that I need to have her look at right away. The computer is usually in ear shot so the sound card or speeker can be trigured.
