Try adding a fifth field, like so: * wpp-22 "" * * I don't have good docs on it, but the fifth field appears to be used by ppp-pam to allow control over the IP number assigned to the client; I can't use PAP authorization for incoming calls on my slink systems without it, if ppp-pam is installed.
