Hi all, I have a strange problem I haven't seen before. When I type poff my machine hangs. ctrl-alt-del doesn't work ctrl-alt-[<---] doesn't work. All I can do is pressing the button to reboot.
If I instead kills the pppd process the machine reboots when my connection is closed. some syslog messages: ...snip... This have started when I compiled and used 2.3.22 I have the following in the kernel. PPP(point-to-point protocol) support PPP support for async serial ports PPP Deflate compression I am using a LASAT K56 external modem. Anyone got any ideas? Best regards Joakim Svensson
