xanim error :(

hi,

when trying to run xanim (from netscape via plugger or from the
command line) I get the following error:

                error in loading shared libraries
                :undefined symbol:__register_frame_info

I installed xanim via `apt-get install xanim`.  Anyone know how to fix
this?
