I`m sending this again as nobody posted a reply last time. Sorry if it`s a stupid question but I`m still stumped, and I`ve read and reread the help pages.
By a combination of wild keystrokes I seem to have asked Dselect to remove a number of required packages, my problem is that I can`t seem to find out how to reset it so that it just displays the current situation with nothing to install or remove. I would imagine that this is possible but I can`t find the answer. Thanks in advance Paul
