I just compiled 2.2.12: here's the uname -a:

No problem whatsoever, it just dropped in and replaced the previous
2.2.11 I had been running.
I'm running mainly a straight slink system, but with netgod.net's
X 3.3.3.1 + glibc-2.0.7 compilation.
