True enough, but it's there to provide a default in case the user doesn't have a "~/.fvwm2rc". If there is a ~/.fvwm2rc the system.fvwm2rc won't be read. This makes the ~/.fvwm2rc file an excellent place to "play around" with your windows manager. You can screw it up in any manner you want (I have ;-)) without affecting other users or the default system.fvwm2rc. > > > > >> I tried to play around with the KillModule command, > >> but that seemed to have no effect. > >> > > I use the following at the top of my ~/.fvwm/post.hook and it works > great. > > ButtonStyle Reset > DestroyDecor default-decor > DestroyModuleConfig FvwmIconBox > DestroyModuleConfig FvwmButtons > DestroyModuleConfig FvwmPager > > I then have a clean slate to define my own setup for the above modules, > etc. > > -- > Brian > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > Mechanical Engineering [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Purdue University http://www.ecn.purdue.edu/~servis > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > > -- > Unsubscribe? mail -s unsubscribe [EMAIL PROTECTED] < /dev/null -- Powered by the Penguin
