Try
communicator-v461-export.x86-unknown-linux2.0.tar.gz
from
../netscape/communicator/english/4.61/unix/supported/linux20_libc5/professional_edition
^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Get this file to /tmp, rename to
communicator-v461-export.x86-unknown-linux2.0-glibcx.tar.gz
And install package: netscape4 ( I use 4.0-15 on potato).
You may need also some libraries like libc5, ...
