Hello, When I use LyX to print my documents with the dvips driver they come out with bad margins, all text shifted up in every page. However, this doesn't happen when I use the dvips command manually on my dvi files (I adjusted the page output of dvips using texconfig).
I noticed that LyX calls "dviprint" instead of dvips to print my documents. Looking at this "dviprint" script it says: #!/bin/sh # This script prints a dvi file using dvips regardless of the actual # configuration of dvips. ???? :I Is this "dviprint" a Debian-only-thing? Even more this script further defines the variable DVICONF=/usr/lib/texmf/dvips shouldn't this be /etc/texmf/dvips? (by the way, /usr/lib/texmf/dvips doesn't exists in my system, stable Debian 2.1). Anyway, dviprint seems to be the only reason for my bad postscript output from LyX. Is this a bug? or am I missing something? Thank you -- Pedro I. Sanchez
