Take a look at IP-Masquerade HOWTO. It allows you connect an internal LAN to Internet with only one valid IP (e.g. that you got from your ISP). I had a similar setup: a Linux box w/ 3 NIC's, one of which has a valid IP and about 35 machines (any OS) on the other two (with 192.168.x.x IP). All Internet conections appears as been originated from the Linux machine. It's only a P100 w/ 32 MB and it did a nice job for this. HTH.
