Assuming you are talking about a dual boot machine and wanting access to your ext2 drives when you are booted into Win95. There is a beta package called fsdext2 at http://www.yipton.demon.co.uk/ that lets you mount them read-only. I don't think it has been updated in over a year though. The last time I tried it it locked my Win95 machine up hard. But other have had better success. YMMV.
