Hi, sorry for this none-debian specific question. In my C program, I have created a child process to do some timeout stuff in case something goes wrong.
But when I exit the main program, how do I kill this child process since I no longer need it?? I have checked the man page for wait... but is there anyway to instantly kill this child process?? Thanks Shao. -- ____________________________________________________________________________ Shao Zhang - Running Debian 2.1 ___ _ _____ Department of Communications / __| |_ __ _ ___ |_ / |_ __ _ _ _ __ _ University of New South Wales \__ \ ' \/ _` / _ \ / /| ' \/ _` | ' \/ _` | Sydney, Australia |___/_||_\__,_\___/ /___|_||_\__,_|_||_\__, | Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] |___/ _____________________________________________________________________________
