found some things that look strage to me, almost a "bug", isn`t it?

- openssl contains no manpages, no realy "easy to use" docu exept short
things for programmers (/usr/doc/openssl)
- openssl installs in some strange (to me) way:
/usr/bin/ssl/*; why "../ssl/"
/etc/ssl/lib/openssl.cnf; why "../lib/"
so what is this?
