I'm not sure you understand what Debian is. It doesn't "have" NT 4.0 Server and it isn't "used" on Windows95. You can think of it as a replacement for either/both of them. Just as you've probably got WinNT workstation or Windows95 or Windows98 or MS-DOS6.22 running on your PC, you can have Debian/GNU Linux running on it. You wouldn't "use" Debian on Windows95 any more than you would "use" Windows98 on Windows95. And Debian doesn't "have" WinNT 4.0 Server and more than Windows95 has WinNT 4.0 Server. However, you can run Debian as a server in such a way that your users won't know they're not connecting to an NT 4.0 Server. And you can run a growing number for Win95 apps on Linux (using WINE, etc). Or with the extra third-party product called VMWARE you could even run all these operating systems side-by-side on top of a Debian system. Hopefully this will get close to answering your questions or at least give you enough information to rephrase your question in such a way that we'll understand better what you're asking.
