I'm not sure you understand what Debian is. It doesn't "have" NT 4.0 Server
and it isn't "used" on Windows95. You can think of it as a replacement for
either/both of them. Just as you've probably got WinNT workstation or
Windows95 or Windows98 or MS-DOS6.22 running on your PC, you can have
Debian/GNU Linux running on it.

You wouldn't "use" Debian on Windows95 any more than you would "use"
Windows98 on Windows95. And Debian doesn't "have" WinNT 4.0 Server and more
than Windows95 has WinNT 4.0 Server.

However, you can run Debian as a server in such a way that your users won't
know they're not connecting to an NT 4.0 Server. And you can run a growing
number for Win95 apps on Linux (using WINE, etc). Or with the extra
third-party product called VMWARE you could even run all these operating
systems side-by-side on top of a Debian system.

Hopefully this will get close to answering your questions or at least give
you enough information to rephrase your question in such a way that we'll
understand better what you're asking.
