You'll find everything on ftp.debian.org and non-us.debian.org.
If you get the installation instructions (on www.debian.org somewhere)
you'll find a list of the files you need to begin with. After that
you can download packages and install (preferably with apt).

If you mean install them on the RH box: I wouldn't do that. It will
probably create chaos.

If you mean download Debian packages and install a Debian system:
Certainly. I believe the installation docs has the info (use dd
to write the floppies).

Making main a void function isn't really bad. The only drawback
