I just started having a problem with su. It tells me "wrong password" but I can log in from a console as root with the same password.
I just upgraded the /etc/pam.d stuff and I wonder if this is the cause of this problem. thanks btw, should /bin/su have the suid bit set? It does not. -- Andrew
